WhenWhere

Privacy, in plain time.

Last updated August 30, 2026.

What WhenWhere handles

Saved clocks, working hours, and preferences are stored locally in Chrome extension storage. When you press Scan page, WhenWhere reads visible text from the active tab solely to identify time phrases.

What leaves your device

Page text and saved clock data are not sent to a WhenWhere server. When you choose Google Calendar, the meeting details shown in the interface are included in a user-initiated Google Calendar URL.

What we do not do

Deleting data

Remove saved clocks in the extension or uninstall WhenWhere to remove its local extension data according to Chrome’s behavior.
